Gary D. Bowlin, PE
Gary has been employed by EHM Engineers, Inc., since May 1982. He has been responsible for design of various Federal Aid funded highway and bridge projects. He is responsible for all project development including environmental studies, hydraulic analysis, earthwork calculations, and structural design. Gary's educational background provides him with a solid structural background with studies in structural analysis through design courses in steel, concrete, and wood structures. This education is supplemented by courses in the areas of geo-technical analysis, water resources, fluid mechanics, surveying, and route design. Gary has attended the following bridge inspection classes conducted by the National Highway Institute and the Idaho Transportation Department or American Concrete Institute/ Since 1982, Gary has been involved with hundreds of building designs, building construction and building inspection projects for structural design aspects of commercial and residential structures. Gary has attended numerous classes and seminars for continuing education credits conducted by the International Conference of Building Officials for building code education and updates.

Richard Morrow, PE
Rick has been employed with EHM Engineers, Inc., since August, 1989. His responsibilities have included the structural design of numerous commercial and residential building, geo-technical investigation, and hydrologic analysis and design.
Rick's education training includes courses in the design of steel, concrete, and wood structures, geo-technical engineering, hydrology, geology, and surveying. His engineering education is backed up by over ten years experience in the construction industry. Rick is a Residential Conservation Service certified Energy Auditor with several years’ experience, is experienced in the use of AutoCad and a certified nuclear densometer operator.

Doug Schwarz, LSIT, Ca.
Doug has been employed by EHM Engineers, Inc., since February, 1985. Doug has been a survey party chief since 1987. He supervises field survey services and coordinates project manpower. Doug has been involved with surveying for EHM Engineers as a party chief and as an office technician on civil projects for the Idaho Transportation Department, U.S.F.S., Federal Aviation Administration and Private and Public Entities.
Doug is proficient in using all types of surveying equipment, such as GPS RTK, field and office tools, data collection, total stations and spirit leveling. He also has experience in AutoCad, Land Development Desktop, Civil 3D and COGO Software and uses his talents to take field data for processing into finished CAD designs and topographic maps. Doug is not only valuable in the surveying profession, but is also one of the office computer specialists and has compiled a local surveying database of over 3000 surveys and launched EHM's 1st Web Page. Doug is also the network administrator for EHM.

Tim Vawser
Tim has served as designer and project manager of subdivision and street projects, residential and commercial development plans, and handicap care center facilities.
Tim is proficient in AutoCad drafting and design utilizing AutoCAD 14 and AutoCivil Software. In addition he is a former instructor at the College of Southern Idaho teaching night courses in AutoCAD Application.

Scott Allen
Scott has designed subdivision and street projects where he was responsible for application submittals, contract negotiation, sewer, water, roadway design, and all quantity calculations.
Scott has designed building layouts, parking lots and site drainage for residential and commercial developments located in 3 states and 10 counties.
In addition to his design responsibilities, he also proficient in surveying, public speaking and coordinating projects with clients.

Trent McBride
Trent has served as a designer for numerous subdivision and street projects where he was responsible for design and quantity calculations.

Brian Luper
Brian has been employed by EHM Engineers, Inc., since September, 1989. Brian is a WAQTC – ITD Technician. Brian has been a versatile employee with experience in several fields of engineering and surveying. Brian was first hired to be an assistant on the Survey Crew, and moved on to Assistant Crew Chief. He was responsible for various subdivision and boundary staking jobs and he is proficient in using all types of surveying equipment, such as data collection, total stations and spirit leveling. Brian currently assists the testing lab of EHM and continues construction surveying and topographic surveying, soil and aggregate testing.

Willie Barnes
Willie has been employed by EHM Engineers, Inc., since December, 1996. Willie has been a draftsman and a surveyor and as well as learning many of the new technologies that come with working in an engineering company. He has learned to use all types of engineering related software and has become proficient in the use of all types of surveying equipment, and has become the most competent of all employees at using the GPS Real Time Kinematic surveying equipment. He currently is the assistant crew chief for the company.
